I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean, with a terrace and a comfy bed, and the daily changes were excellent. The front of Florence location was a highlight, but it was a bit too far from the center to walk comfortably in hot weather. The service was outstanding with a friendly and professional staff, though the breakfast was average. The hotel has an amazing garden with great views and a clean pool. The dining experience was nice with a variety of items, but the bread and croissants were not the best. The facilities were well-maintained, and the overall value for the money was great.
